OVERVIEW

The 1 hectare compound of three towers and the core of amenities is protected by perimeter walls all around. A guardhouse in each of the two gates are manned 24/7 in addition to security assigned at each tower. Again, more than the usual features are included in the development. Environment-friendly rainwater collecting cisterns as well as for MCWD tap water, a sewage treatment plant (STP) and a material recovery facility (MRF) provide Bamboo Bay with green alternatives.

Starting with a core of amenities central to the three towers that will comprise the project once completed, the residential project provides access to a better lifestyle. The grand clubhouse, done in the community Asian Contemporary theme, has an open pavilion for community events, a pool deck with a trellised roof, a prayer and meditation room as well as a Community Store, a Coffee Shop and kitchen pantry. Tucked in a room with a view of the pool and the garden is the gym for the residents physical work-outs. The swimming pool for adults and children are provided shower rooms with lockers. Off the side of the central garden is a badminton court, a children's playground and a barbecue station.
