OVERVIEW

Proposed DREAM RESIDENCES will be built on a Ten thousand (10,000) square meter lot right across Del Monte Golf Course and Country Club in Barangay San Miguel, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.

DREAM RESIDENCES will be a low density, horizontal condominium project with wide open spaces. DREAM RESIDENCES will have a building footprint of about Four thousand Four hundred and Forty Four (4,444) square meters and almost Five thousand Five hundred and Fifty Six (5,556) square meters of open spaces. With this DREAM RESIDENCES will probably have one of the highest open air spaces to building area ratio - Fifty Five percent (55%) to Forty Five (45%).
