OVERVIEW

Henaville Homes Carcar, located at Barangay Tuyom, City of Carcar, is a mixture of Economic Housing Project and Socialized Housing, designed to rise on a 1.8-hectare lot. There are 44 units out of the 231 units that are allocated as socialized housing, while the remaining 187 units are designed as economic housing. This is the 6th project of Primehomes and the newest.

The units will be delivered semi-finished to allow homeowners to customize the look and feel of their units. Room partitions will also not be installed to allow the unit owner to decide on the size of each room.
