Designed and developed by Property Company of Friends, Inc. (Profriends), Lancaster New City is the realization of a thriving and sustainable Filipino community. It uplifts the lives of its families by bringing within reach everything the average Filipino household needs, from a place of worship to schools, commercial establishments, employment opportunities, and a welcoming, active community.

Lancaster New City is the biggest mixed-used development in Cavite strategically located near the Metro and may be accessed through various major road networks. With more than 100,000 trees, we envisioned it as a peaceful, green community where families may actively engage with their neighbors and still be close enough to Metro Manila.

Lancaster has five main components:

Residences – three zoning locations consisting of horizontal and vertical homes
Business – a vibrant community that offers various job opportunities
Retail – The Square, supermarkets/restaurants, and community centers

Galing LNC – an on-ground movement powered by community leaders and volunteers
Here in Lancaster, the basic needs of the family are all within the township. We have also organized the LNCLink, a community of transport providers, that has buses and shuttles that may bring you to different phases of the development as well as to PITX and Makati.
