Yusay Realty and Development Corp. (YRDC), established in 1990 is an affiliate of some of the well known and enduring companies in the region, Yusay Credit & Finance Corp and Sugarland Hotel.

YRDC first made its mark in the industry by way of property leasing and management. The business grew by leasing out office and commercial spaces in its own building located in the heart of Bacolod City and some residential condominiums in Manila.

In 2005, Mr. Felix G. Yusay, Chairman and President of YRDC, because of his vision of providing Negrenses decent, well built and affordable housing in a healthy community setting, decided to embark on its first venture into real estate by developing South Valley Subdivision in Bago City, Negros Occidental. It sits on a 25 hectare prime property located along Bacolod South Road, approximately 7 kms from Bacolod City. Phase 1 of South Valley is set to be completed December 2016 and Phase 2 on December 2017.

YRDC has planned to expand its residential development in growth areas in the region such as San Carlos, Iloilo and Dumaguete City where it aims to offer the same well-built affordable homes in a progressive and healthy community.
